Studio Policies
To ensure Sophia’s Studio remains a calm and welcoming space for everyone, we kindly ask you to review our guidelines before your visit.
Booking Policy
All treatments can be easily managed via Fresha. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time in our peaceful studio space.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations so that we can offer the appointment time to another guest.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. This amount will be taken from the payment made at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Lateness Policy
To maintain a calm experience for all, late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times. Please aim to arrive at your scheduled time.
Health & Safety Policy
Your wellbeing is our priority. We maintain high clinical standards of hygiene and ask that you disclose any health conditions prior to your treatment.
